Our products are shipped within 2-3 Days using the following carriers: USPS, UPS, Canada post. Standard shipping may take 7-14 Days, and Premium Shipping may take 3-7 Days. For our International fulfillment shipping will take 4-6 weeks.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return & Exchange Policy
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 15 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.
